With a rich career that includes over 100 professional games in the Croatian 1st Division and captaincy for two seasons, Silva brings extensive experience to his new role. He has played for notable clubs such as NK Osijek, NK Medimurje, and NK Croatia Sesvete, earning recognition for his leadership and skill on the field. Beyond his playing career, Silva has dedicated himself to coaching, guiding numerous athletes to success at various professional levels. His deep understanding of the sport, combined with his passion for nurturing talent, will be invaluable in identifying and developing the next generation of football stars for the club. In addition to his scouting role with NK Medimurje Cakovec, Silva is also working closely with our agency, further enhancing our ability to discover and cultivate top talent, strengthening our overall competitive edge.
